While breathtaking circular ruins are scattered over the African landscape, it is in Mpumalanga that the first ancient lost city has recently been discovered.

It is estimated that more stone went into building these features, believed to be about 280 000 years old, than went into building all of the Egyptian pyramids.

A three hours guided tour of these ancient stone circle ruins of dwellings, forts, temples, irrigation systems, agricultural terraces and ancient roads brings the ancient past to life.
