Located in an isolated valley and surrounded by sheer cliffs and pure water streams, family owned Bergwater Eco Lodge offers its guests affordable upmarket bed and breakfast accommodation.
Situated conveniently between Gauteng and the Kruger national park, our tranquil atmosphere generated by the surrounding cliffs, forests, streams, well nurtured gardens, and highly personalised attention, allow our guests to rejuvenate their minds, bodies, and souls.
Bergwaters Eco Lodge is a particularly suitable venue for intimate weddings. Once fully booked, the lodge can accommodate up to 26 guests overnight. Once Bergwaters is booked out for a wedding, the bridal couple get offered our honeymoon suite free of charge for 2 nights.
Bergwaters is also proud to offer a fully equipped, air conditioned conference facility that can cater for up to 24 delegates at a time, and is well suited for executive conferences.

Management is flexible to prior arrangements.
Children of all ages are welcome.
- Guests who cancel 29 days or more prior to their arrival date forfeit 10% of the deposit.
- Guests cancelling 22 to 28 days prior to their arrival forfeit 50% of the deposit.
- No-shows or cancellations made 0 to 21 days prior to arrival forfeit 100% of the deposit.
Our gourmet restaurant, Five Owls, is open to the general public and self catering clients. A full breakfast costs R 65, and a 4 course dinner R 135.
