Boven Villa

Boven Villa is a hidden jewel boasting 5 spacious rooms within well manicured gardens offering a picturesque outlook onto the surrounding Mpumalanga mountains. It is an ideal get away for those seeking a well deserved break, irrespective of whether you are on an overnight stay en-route to the Kruger National Park, or on a romantic escape.

The Master/ Honeymoon suite at Boven Villa has a private deck and a five star bathroom complete with a double bath and shower. There are 2 rooms with en-suite bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath, and 2 additional rooms which share a bathroom.
Although accommodation at Boven Villa is inclusive of our sumptuous breakfasts, cheaper options are available for those not tempted by our breakfast table. Whatever your journey and wherever your destination, we are confident that you will appreciate the old world charm and hospitality awaiting you at Boven Villa

Boven Villa's garden and trees provide the perfect backdrop for spending relaxation time on the cottage's amazing decks. 

The town of Waterval Boven is ideally situated for a host of outdoor activities including hiking, trail running, mountain biking, climbing, absailing, quad biking, and some of the best fly fishing in Mpumalanga province.  As far as sight seeing is concerned, the view of the waterfall is something that will take your breath away.

Tours to our famous circle ruins, as well as Anglo-Boer war sites can be arranges on request. 

Owner is flexible

Children over 12 are treated as adults. 

Children under the age of 12 pay R150 per night.

Guests cancelling their booking 14 days or less before their arrival date forfeit their deposit.

Cheaper options are available for those who do not wish to breakfast with us.
