If you feel that you have enough previous abseiling experience.... or .... are willing to take the chance that you won't chicken out, then this one is for you. Set in the awesome Elands Valley, we guide you through an incredible 60 metre abseil, right next to the Elands falls. However, if you feel that you need a tamer experience to begin with, why not try the shorter abseil version (see details under "other disclosures" below).
Following this once-in-a-lifetime abseil experience, our guides will lead you through a swim at the base of the falls, and a scramble up a side gully which is an experience in itself - one which has caused many abseilers to take up rock climbing for the added joy.

Clients are taken to the site of the abseil where they are given on-the-spot training on how to abseil. They are then tied into a fully backed up rope system (i.e. nothing dangerous will happen even if the client doesn't follow the training instructions) and given the opportunity to control their 60 metre descent down the rock face. Once all clients are down, there is a pleasantly refreshing swim through a pool and a very gratifying hike up the gully.
